No Refund Policy

All products purchased from Orry Wear are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds once an order has been placed, processed, shipped, or delivered. Customers are requested to review product details, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing their purchase.

One-Time Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange facility for eligible products. Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. Exchange requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Returned in its original condition.
  • Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Free from stains, damage, odors, or signs of use.
Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchange requests may be declined if the product has been used, washed, damaged by the customer, altered in any way, or returned without original tags and packaging.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange request, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide their order details along with clear photographs of the product if required. Once the request is reviewed and approved, exchange instructions will be shared.

Exchange Availability

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or replacement product is unavailable, Orry Wear reserves the right to offer an alternative product of similar value or deny the exchange request.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Charges for Exchange

Any applicable shipping or courier charges related to exchanges may be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified by Orry Wear.
